On August 4th, 1988 BIlly Forrest started his trucking business, having just a single truck.

Over the next years Billy worked hard to build the business, and as it grew, he was able to hire more employees. By 1995, the business was booming. It was that year that Billy decided to incorporate, and BJ Forrest Trucking, Inc. was created. The company diversified from vans, to flats, and eventually to gravel trains. In 2000, They ventured into Lowboys, Heavy Haul, and other specialized carriers. The company now owns three Lowboy (from 55-60 ton cap), several step decks and flats, gravel trains (steel and aluminum), and an eight axle flat. 

Billy Forrest says he feels himself to be very blessed, and is also grateful that his son, Nathan, has been a part of the business. Nathan Forrest has been working with his father for BJ Forrest Trucking, Inc. while earning a business degree. He plans to continue to build the company along side of his father, with the goal of eventually taking over and continuing the family business. 

Today, BJ Forrest Trucking, Inc. earns well over 2 million in annual sales, and still considers itself in its growing phase. The company hires drivers who demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and are able to focus on the task at hand. Hard work, moral integrity, superb service, and a great crew, have built a them a large and very loyal customer base.
